We rely on volunteers for food distributions, outreach visits, clinic days, event support and administrative help. Tell us a bit about yourself and we will reach out with opportunities that fit.
There is no minimum commitment. Some volunteers come once a year for a food drive, others join every distribution round. Both matter.

Before you commit
No. Most roles need willingness and reliability, nothing more. Clinical roles require your professional licence, and driving roles require a valid licence. Everyone receives a short briefing before their first round.
You choose how often you appear. Some volunteers give one Saturday a month, others join a food drive once a year. Tell us your availability on the form and we will match you to something that fits.
Yes, and many do. We can provide a letter confirming your service hours for school, NYSC or scholarship requirements.
Yes. We host team days that usually combine a packing session with a distribution round. Use the partnership form above and we will design the day around your team size and date.
Yes. Remote volunteers support us with grant writing, design, social media, bookkeeping and fundraising in their own communities.
