Hunger Need Care Foundation (HNCF) began as a response to a simple, painful truth: too many people in our communities go without enough food, even as others have more than they need. What started as small, informal food drives among neighbours has grown into a structured non-profit committed to fighting hunger and improving lives.

The need we kept meeting was among the elderly. Older people living in poverty are often the last to ask for help and the easiest to overlook, and hunger and poor health quickly compound each other at that age. That is why HNCF was created to alleviate poverty among poor elderly people, and why they remain our main focus.

Today, HNCF works across Ekiti State, Nigeria and beyond, organizing food distributions, providing healthcare assistance, running mobile clinic outreaches, carrying out check ups and follow up visits, and partnering with volunteers, donors and local organizations who share our belief that hunger is solvable when people unite around it.
